Boil Stop Forever Warranty
RWI, Inc. warrants your Boil Stop to be free of material defects forever. Period. If your Boil Stop fails under normal use to do what it should do then we will gladly refund your original purchase price less shipping. We only ask that you return the Boil Stop to us, of course.
We reserve the right to void this warranty if, in our judgement, the Boil Stop has been abused or damaged in some way that was not relate to normal stove top use. So if you run it over with your car, beat it with a hammer, drop it in acid, or something like that, and then send it back, we probably won't honor the warranty. But call us anyway, maybe we are having a good day and you're in luck!
Please contact us prior to returning your Boil Stop so we know what the heck is coming in the mail. We appreciate your help on that one. Really.
